It was a bit disorganized and frantic upon arrival. I had to wait 30 min as someone went on lunch and they hadn’t checked any Treatwell bookings. However, the service itself was great.

I waited for 30 mins once I arrived, no one spoke to me for 15 mins and seemed annoyed I was there. I had to leave leave within two hours, so I didn't have time for my pedicure, and they did not compensate me. So I paid for a pedicure I never got.
