I waited for 30 mins once I arrived, no one spoke to me for 15 mins and seemed annoyed I was there. I had to leave leave within two hours, so I didn't have time for my pedicure, and they did not compensate me. So I paid for a pedicure I never got.

The pedicure itself was fantastic (one of the best I've ever had and have been having at least monthly pedicures for many years) and the lady very nice.
The reason for dropping a star was how uncomfortable the chairs were - aesthetically, nice but just not comfortable to sit in for the best part of an hour, sadly.
