I was left waiting beyond my appointment time and started late as the stylist was outside the front smoking at the start time. Stylist was not skilled enough to do a curly blow dry and styled myhair with curling tongs which I could have done myself at home. Also frequently speaking in another language throughout my cut leaving me feeling alienated and not attentively taken care of
