My experience was okay. My nails have quite a bit of nail polish around them and my nails are different shapes. Quite messy/rushed looking. Also there was different members of staff coming up every two minutes to talk to the nail technician I was with. This made me feel uncomfortable and also would make the technician stop what she was doing to speak to them.

Fantastic service by the ladies, as always love my new nails and they are great at making you feel relaxed when waxing.
The girl who did my wax was sooo good, so calming. It was my first time so I was a little nervous but she was so professional and friendly it calmed me down straight away :)
