My first time visiting, it was very busy. Staff everywhere, they didn't say hi or anything. A gentleman on the desk asked for my name and pointed to a seat. I was very nervous for my eyebrow threading, 3 staff members came over to hold my eye lids down which was a bit overwhelming. But for the price you pay and it only took 5 minutes you can't go wrong.
