Was t a good customer experience. Some technicians were rude to other technicians in front of customers. One customer complained behind me and 2 technicians said can’t do anything. Made my finger bleed and gelled over so I have a dirty looking nail. They are also wonky and the gel is in my cuticles. Won’t go back

I got seen to pretty quickly however I had 4 nail technicians doing my nails and they had to redo a few, with two of my nails ending up being different sizes.

Struggled with communication, no booking actually needed as they didn’t ask for your name. Gel polish was really good and quick- very happy with my nails
