I was actually pleasantly surprised - I walked in and there were lots of people in the waiting area and it was a little disorganised with who was next and having what but I was seen about 10 mins after my appointment slot and they done a really good job of my lashes - I went for the medium individuals and the girls spent 1.5hr on them and they look great she made sure to tell me about aftercare and it was all pretty easy!

It was a little crowded due to business making it uncomfortably warm in the salon but I’m sure that can’t really be helped. Treatment was great and the lady who did my eyebrows was lovely
