Staff were quite rude and not very helpful. The lady doing my eyelashes kept stopping to chat to another staff member so it took longer than usual. Once I was done she just walked away from my chair and didn’t tell me what was happening. I had to go and find someone to get my eyebrows done. This meant I was really late leaving and in a rush for work. Their card machine wasn’t working and I had no cash and they wouldn’t allow me to transfer the money even though their bank details were on the reception desk so people could do that. The receptionist walked me to the nearest cash point to get money out. Terrible service. Also no patch test was done, nothing was signed and they cut my eye when threading my eyebrows.

the nail place was gorgeous when we walked in. my nails came out great and would definitely recommend to others. the woman that did my nails made conversation so it made you feel comfortable which is what i wanted as i was a bit nervous!!
