The facial was excellent and pleased so far with the results. The room was lovely, quiet and clean with nice decor. The only thing I would say is they didn’t do any skin consultation at all before it and I had never been there before. I think for safety and to ensure you have the correct treatment for your skin you should do that if trained properly.
Pedicure was good, chair was very comfortable. I would say they were swapping tools between me and the other person having one at the same time without sterilising! Not ideal. Also using nail scissors to trim cuticles is painful, please get proper cuticle cutters.

Acrylic nails were shorter than I asked for, and shape was wrong, despite explaining what I wanted several times. They’re far too chunky, as the nail techs (without saying anything to me - unprofessional) switched over half way through, and the tech that replaced the first, started layering extra acrylic over the top of what was already done. There’s glue and acrylic underneath my nails, and small grazes from the being caught repeatedly by the file, and from the tech trying to unstick my skin from the nails.
Gel colour on toes is lifting two days after having it applied.
Overall hygiene standards have definitely slipped, as have the services, and level of customer service. The salon is doing well, which is great for the business, but there were far too many people in such a small space.
