Not a friendly welcome. I was asked if I wished to upgrade to a deluxe pedicure, which I did not. Had express pedicure. Three of my toes were nicked by electric file. Pedicurist talked to colleague throughout. Finished in 15 mins. I had a professional massage. I said that my lower back was painful but continued massage. My lower back was subsequently bruised. I was not escorted to the door or spoken to as I departed. I can say though that the coffee was excellent!
