The service is prompt and good value. Pot luck as to which staff member you get as to how friendly they are They cut corner with the service which doesn't mean the results are always best. You get what you pay for

I had to wait a long time but it’s before Christmas so I understand. The lady that did my nails was really welcoming, funny and nice because she didn’t make the process boring as she spoke and asked me questions

Had to wait 15 minutes but wasn’t too bad. Had to take my mascara off even though I didn’t put any on. It felt quite rushed and I didn’t feel comfortable
