staff were welcoming. Hygiene was good and the salon clean. The member of staff washed her hands before starting my threading. they engaged with me during the appt and checked I was happy as the appt progressed.

I wanted to have my nails infilled but there was no facility on the website to indicate this so chose another option but I had to explain on arrival I didnt want this when I attended the appointment. The staff were very good and advised me alternatively I could ring up for an appointment to ensure I get the treatment I want.
