Tried to cancel my pre paid appointment with an hrs notice by telephone several times - telephone not answered. Sent Facebook message with an hrs notice apologising asking to rebook with an hrs notice. No response. Have asked for a refund. No response.
Waited in reception area for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Pedicure was good and feet very soft but gel application was very poor and rushed. Most of the polish went on my skin which looks very messy.

it was a reasonable service, the only point that I am was annoyed with, was that they were talking amongst themselves in a foreign language, I don't necessarily have an objection to this except when I feel they may be talking about me. Just feel it could have been more professional. Also the lady who took care of me knew little English and spoke in a low voice, which also isn't a problem except when I kept saying 'excuse me I don't understand' she would do it in sign language and appear annoyed like I was stupid.
Ambience also wasn't great as the staff members were arguing with customers whilst I was there.
