Expected 45 minute session with lower arm massage as advertised. Was in and out within 20/25 minutes with bleeding sore cuticles. Whole treatment was very fast and quite painful. Felt very rushed.

Got my nails and eyebrows done here. Good service and would return but be mindful that you don’t get a “treatment” here, just the basic service.

The staff were unprofessional and didn’t seem too friendly. I felt that they just wanted to get the job over and done with and get me out the salon. It was a rushed eyebrow tint and I am not particularly happy with the result. The prices on treatwell always seem to be cheaper then it is in store. The salon itself is very clean and looks very presentable all the time. However it could feel a lot more welcoming and friendly than it is now. The service is quick and I get into my appointment on time but it feels rushed and I feel like it is a chore not a treat. I would love to visit again and for this to be my regular salon if the atmosphere changed and the staff were more welcoming . Kind regards
