Firstly. This is a great place and I have definitely found my new place to get my nails done. My nails look amazing and the process is so much more in depth then my previous experience. Even little things such as opening the nail bottle to show the colour before its applied is a great little gesture.
Now the bad. I can’t remember the staff member I had but although she did great nails. She barely said a word to me. I know my appointment was late in the day but it seemed like she just wanted to get the nails done.
I saw other customers around me being offered a drink before the treatment (even people who arrived after me) but no drink offer for me.
I’ll be back because the final result was amazing but I hope I get the same treatment as everyone else next time

Fine. First time to this venue. As I walked in, the salon was buzzing with happy looking customers on a Saturday afternoon. Mainly getting nails or threading it seemed. Friendly staff. They saw me earlier than my appointment. The beauty therapist was friendly and efficient, not chatty. The wax room upstairs was silent, no music to distract or calm and not luxurious, but I booked last minute so overall was pleased that they could fit me in and that the wax was quick. Would go back if in need of a speedy job.

As always Anna Health and Beauty was clean, helpful, nice and very good. They always manage to get it all off as well. Highly recommend their hot wax.

Glue was very vey fumed and stung for a couple hours after treatment was finished. Overall look is amazing though and such good value for money.
