The salon was very clean and the massage room was lovely, if a bit cold temperature-wise! The massage was a bit hit and miss - I have been here before and the masseuse had nails which kept on scratching me, so I thought I would give them anotehr chance - unfortunately the masseuse this time was really rough with me and hurt my arms and legs (I felt tender and bruised afterwards)! I din't feel relaxed afterwards so in my opinion it was a waste of money.

This was my first time getting a wax at Anna's which always feels like a bit of a gamble. However, my therapist was friendly, efficient and very, very thorough. Only thing I would have had differently is that she kept apologising - in the end we both know it's going to hurt (and she was one of the most pain-free therapists I've used), so I'd prefer it was just gotten on with as quick as possible.

My appointment was booked for 9.30 a.m. and I arrived a couple of minutes early but the salon was not open. I waited almost 15 minutes and nobody appeared. I tried phoning the salon number but nobody replied. I decided not to wait any longer, so unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of the treatment or salon. Disappointing, to say the least.
