Charged an extra £5 for a design that took less than 5 minutes taking the cost to £40, was then told it was price because I had booked on treat well and they take 25% of the price. Rude staff constantly speaking in own language when dealing with customers completely ignoring them, didn’t create a very professional atmosphere. The mail therapist didn’t wear his mask when carrying out the treatment.
