I was waiting for approx 20 mins after my appointment time due to the client before me being late (and the waiting area is not particularly relaxing). However the staff were friendly and the treatment room was a very calm environment. The facial itself was lovely, including steam and massage - my skin feels very clean and soft!

Warning, I booked my appointment in advance and received confirmation. They obviously decided to book someone else in and change my appointment which I couldn’t do. So they changed it the day before. I then changed it back which it accepted and confirmed then again this morning as I went In they changed it back. I could not do 11am and they give you no call or notice of the change. Would advise not to use them as this is very poor service.

As always, friendly environment and superb service from the ladies. Nails look fab, waxing was good and my eyebrows are wonderfully even again.

I thought the salon was really loud and I personally didn’t like it while getting my eyelashes down as found it hard to relax and sit still with all the noise around however everyone was lovely and really nice
