if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. it took all of my self control not to cry when I saw my results. my "curls" are frizzy waves.. after a few hours some are already straight so it looks messy and unkept. the worst thing is the haircut he gave me. I asked for some long, subtle layers. what i got was a single layer. let me describe this to you...I have one straight layer stuck on top of another. i have already booked an appointment at another salon to fix he haircut. unfortunately I cannot fix the perm. and this is just the haircut...the salon was strange, my hairdresser offering no conversation. I was there for 3 hours and no-one offered water, a magazine to read, nothing...I wish I could go back in time and never experience this dreadful place or have this haircut. I had long hair reaching my bellybutton, and with this single layer cut, have to cut it short to my collarbones.

Another lovely visit to Anna's.
Always pleasant and friendly. Enjoyable music. Lots of water offered on the very hot day.
Considered consultation on colour. Good cut and a blow dry that lasts days.
