I've been going to Anna's for a couple of years now and never had any issues. My haircut and dye is always of a good standard, and it's good value for money. This was the first time I chose to pay directly rather than via Treatwell and unfortunately I was overcharged. I booked a roots dye but I think they misread it and gave me a full head dye (and the bill associated with it!). They never came back to me to explain this error, and I've been assured by Treatwell that the booking system was correct. In future I'll always pay via Treatwell.

Anna's Hair Salon is the only place I go to for all of my hair-related needs whether it's a dye job, blow dry, or cut. The staff is impeccably trained, sweet, approachable and professional. I've only ever had my appointments take less than the expected finishing time or on the dot. The salon itself is elegant, modern and welcoming in its decor. Prices are very reasonable, especially given its location and worth every penny. Would highly recommend!
Staff were friendly, we weren't kept waiting long & the facilities were clean & tidy. There was a seperate area for children with fun chairs, a fish tank & my daughter was also given a lolly which she was very happy about. Good value & a pleasant experience
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Anna's hair salon. The blow dry was fantastic and service was lovely! I didn't catch the ladie's name who did my hair but my appointment was at 9am on Saturday morning and was booked in for a blow dry and roots but ended up only having the blow dry if that helps narrow it down! I will definitely be visiting again!
