First time I have reviewed despite going for 10years plus. Anna's looks after the whole family and we feel very welcomed there. Always pleased for me personally excellent colour ( organic) and blow dries ( I take the card offer so pay for five and get six, I got once or twice a week). Ric manages the team very well and as a result there is almost no staff turnover meaning all team know us customers well. Very flexible when I have needed an emergency or early morning appointment. My 17 year son says he loves the hair wash! The girls now take their own appointments, they are 12 and 15, as I say, it's a home from home.
