Abby who cut my hair was very friendly and efficient and offered me advice on my colour too in a very nice manner. My wash was thorough and very relaxing, they washed it twice and massaged with conditioner as well. Quick and efficient haircut, great!

Happy with the cut but the colour they put on was slightly lighter than previous so my roots are now a couple shades lighter than the rest of my hair. I got an apprentice hairdresser which was fine but would have been nice to know this when booking
