Happy with the cut but the colour they put on was slightly lighter than previous so my roots are now a couple shades lighter than the rest of my hair. I got an apprentice hairdresser which was fine but would have been nice to know this when booking

I booked a blow dry with a junior stylist, which should have taken an hour but took longer. I left the salon disappointed as i had asked her to give me some volume (when she asked what kind of blow dry i wanted) but left with flat looking hair, not much different to how i arrived! Probably won't be returning.
