i entered the salon and the staff were polite but clearly had not checked their bookings for the day as when I showed up the 2 ladies were very puzzled and confused as to who I was, what I was doing there and what I wanted... Polite but did not apologise for this. I was sat in a chair which had obviously not been cleaned as it had hair trimmings all over it. The lady who cut my hair was friendly although clearly rushed and did not give me the length I asked for despite showing her pictures and asking she just cut a little bit at a time so I could gage the length as I was having quite a lot off! I can appreciate they were clearly understaffed and rushed but very poor organisation. I left the salon not that upset but then when I arrived home to have my friend tell me it was unevenly cut at the back... I was quite upset! I then had to book into another salon to fix it (who was also mortified at the cut) ending up with a lot shorter style which I definitely did not want. Disappointing as it seems to have great reviews (which is why I chose it) but I will not be rushing back by any means.

Ver y nice. Friendly staff and very pleased with the haircut. Would definitely re-book
Abbey was really friendly and did a great job on my cut and blow dry - my hair looked glossy and healthy. The cut and blow dry was also incredibly reasonably priced. I would definately recommend this salon.

Great experience - fantastic cut and highlights at a reasonable price. The hairdresser was very attentive and spent a lot longer than the 2h30 allocated in order to make sure the end result was perfect. Would definitely return.
