Felt very welcomed from the beginning by all member of staff. My appointment run on time and all was well. A pleasant experience, my root color was good and so was the hair cut.

It was more painful than usual since I think they use a different technique than what I am used to. They were quite a lot of stray hairs left after the treatment.

The staff are really friendly and professional. I did a hair dye and a blow-dry. They even offered me coffee! I will definitely be back!
