I booked a Russian Gel Pedicure on Treatwell at a discounted price of £45, to be paid in cash. After the treatment, I was told I had to pay the full £50 as their system “wouldn’t allow” £45. I showed my Treatwell booking confirmation but it was dismissed and the rude attitude made me feel pressured to pay £50. To make matters worse, just one week later, the polish on my big toe completely peeled off while I was on holiday. Overall disappointing.
