I’m always so happy with the service provided at Anna’s Salon. They always do such a good job of my nails and are so welcoming and friendly. So much better than any other salon I’ve been to before.

Booked my appointment. I got there on time. They told me I had to wait half an hour. I understand that it is a busy time however when an appointment is booked, you expect it to be on time or 5 minute delay. Not half an hour. I went to another nail shop down the road who were able to serve me straight away and at a cheaper price.

The salon is perfectly cleans and the atmosphere is lovely however, I felt that my treatment was rushed. My hands were in acetone for much longer than they should’ve been, to the point that my skin is now peeling / sore just from how long they were soaking in it. The nail technician that did my nails didn’t take much care, she originally couldn’t do the design I requested. The design I have is okay but there’s imperfections and I’ve been left with a lot of glue on my nails. I won’t come back
