I was apprehensive as I’d read the bad review from a few days ago but thought I’d still give it a go, on arrival they hadn’t received my booking apparently and were a member of staff down already so couldn’t fit me in, they shouldn’t use treatwell if they aren’t going to check the appointments on it.

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review however have been left so annoyed how we were treated. I booked 2 wash & blows, for my mum and myself last night as a little treat, booked both with 2 separate stylists for 6.30 only to arrive to be told we shouldn’t have been allowed to book because they go home at 7pm, she only had one stylist and she couldn’t refund us we’d have to call of ourselves the app and get our money back or wait and she’d have to do us both, I said we’d wait because it wouldn’t refund me and the woman was not happy at all, stomping around the shop we’ve never felt so uncomfortable! We were also put out we thought we were arriving for a short appointment. The worst part was her telling my mum how fuming she was with Treatwell for allowing us to book whilst blowing her hair and then she literally had her for about 10 minutes and the way she left my mother was a absolute disgrace and the reason I’m leaving this review. Her hair was a mess, like a frizz bomb. She was that furious we were there she purposely left her hair a absolute disgrace and made her feel so uncomfortable when it was supposed to be a little treat! If it wasn’t for this woman’s daughter, Rachel, being so nice I would’ve said something then. 2 hours we were there and she didn’t even offer me a drink just stomping around the shop. I left her daughter a tip as she was so lovely and made this awful experience a little bit better as it was honestly so awkward and I only booked because they had good reviews. If she really didn’t want us she could’ve refunded us but she wanted us to leave after arriving from her mistake and not refund us either. Really unhappy with this poor unprofessional service & left my mum feeling rubbish and looking 40 years older and 2 hours of her Friday night wasted for a awful experience.
