I like to support local. I paid more for my treatments via online booking than I would have in salon. I only discovered this when I was asked to cancel and rebook direct with the salon. A nice gesture and good customer service, but I wish I’d have known as I couldn’t get a refund. Overall my nails are okay. I specified that I wanted a star on two of my nails which were added somewhat reluctantly. One of my big toe nails didn’t cure properly (noticed after I left). I was also cut slightly.
