Annie was awaiting me. Friendly and welcoming. Listened to my recent experiences of having my eyebrows waxed and was successful in this not being repeated. Gave advice about having my eyebrows tinted and skin tested so I could return if no reaction. Made an excellent job. My only hesitation was that she was a bit persuasive on getting me to return for further treatments.
