I booked an appointment on treatwell, when I got there it was very busy and she said that she doesn't check treatwell so I had to wait nearly an hour to have my hair done, even though I booked? A lot of people who just turned up were able to have their extensions put in before I was and I booked?!
Once I was finally seated she let her junior do my hair and in all honesty my head really hurts now, she tugged at my hair really hard and ended up cutting some of my hair out!
The main lady is very good and quick but I think she needs to look at treatwell more or don't use it at all. If you book an appointment you expect to be seen at your time or just a little after, not nearly an hour later.
I am very uspet as the lady is lovely and she was very quick at hair extensions, it was just very busy and she did not take any notice of the bookings she had on treatwell for that day. So in this case I probably wouldn't come back aagin, as who know's how long I will be waiting.
Another point when you book on treatwell it says there is a discount of £20. However when I was in the store getting ready to pay she said that I had to pay full price, even though on treatwell it says that I didn't? So I ended up paying more than I originally thought I was going to - not happy about this.

Booked online for a discounted price but was still charged full price on arrival, however, the treatment was done quickly and efficiently. The lady that did the treatment was lovely too!

She was very nice and welcoming. She did my hair perfectly I was worried about the sides not being covered but she made sure that was handled. I felt very beautiful and comfortable. Amazing work. Thanks Annie!
