Aesthetically, the salon is basic but appearances are deceiving. The stylist I had, Flora, was friendly, professional and very knowledgable about hair - pointing out various elements of my own and talking me through what that meant, what could be causing certain things, and what I could do both at home or in a salon to help. I love my cut too.
