I went in for a hairwash and haircut. My hair is long and I selected long in the app. When I reached the hairdresser said my hair is 'extra' long and that will be 10 pounds extra. I think from there on it was not a great experience. She literally cut my hair straight from the end. That's it. No styling nothing. I could have done this at home, myself.
I did not end up paying the extra 10 but did give 5 as tip because I felt bad about her initial comments.
Don't go if you have long hair.

Flora was an absolutely fantastic stylist! She really understands hair and gave me the best highlights I've ever had! Super happy with my hair- such great value for a cut, colour, treatment and blow-dry 😊
