Firstly I am beyond happy with the outcome of visiting this salon (I had a cut, blow dry and Balayage on already light hair). The hairdresser is incredibly knowledgable and very careful when lightening hair. As a newbie to colouring she explained what she was doing the whole way through. The cut and blow dry where done exactly as I wanted. The staff are all very friendly, polite and relaxed, the hairdresser is very attentive.
Flora didi an amazing job on my hair , i have Afro-Arbo hair so really frizzy she did a great job and spend good time giving me the best service .

The whole experience was really good the haircut overall was brilliant too. The stylist was very professional and listened to exactly how I wanted to have my hair cut.

Wow, I can not explain how amazing this place was.
Not only was it such an amazing price but the cut and dye was beautiful. It made my hair look healthier and so flawless.
It boosted my confidence by 100%.
Flora the woman who worked there was so lovely too and very accurate in what I wanted.
This is defiantly not my last time going there.
I would defiantly recommend anyone to go there
Heartbroken...
I initially chose this salon on the basis that it had good reviews and it was good value for money, sadly my experience there has somewhat taken from my confidence. I have been growing my hair from a pixie crop for the past five years and my hair does not grow fast, it had reached the middle of my back and it was at the perfect length and I wanted just a little tidy up. Three inches later and my confidence and beautiful hair was hacked off. I asked for ½ an inch and to keep the layers long, I now have no layers and a one length blunt cut which does not suit a round face. The hairdresser took nothing into consideration and clearly had her own idea which wasn't anyway similar to mine. I might have saved money on this so called ‘cut’ but I've lost my confidence and rocking a bun for the next six months isn't what I had planned and not having the hair to frame my face even doesn't help. The woman who was there to prep my hair said she was a stand in and was there to wash and brush my hair when it was wet (from what I understand it is not good for your hair to brush it when it is wet) had no idea how to even brush my hair and it frustrating to watch.
On one positive you have saved me money on 6 months’ worth of trims but you have destroyed my hair and confidence.
I wouldn't want anyone to feel like I do now!
