Trying her best, but no proper training. 30 min late appointment; seems like technician never did shellac before - nails are not supposed to be soaked in water before shellac; instruments came out of the drawer, but were not wrapped - not sure they were sanitised properly or even used before on other customers; shellac removal was painful; I ended up not doing shellac because I was concerned it would not set properly after the water soak. Paid £33, but it was not even shellac - AVOID! 😩
