I needed a very quick last minute cut and the salon had an appointment. They were running a bit late due to being so busy but kept me informed and got my cut done asap. Very good cut in time and great value.
Had my hair up do By Charlotte! She was fab, it looked lovely and stayed up all day for the wedding I attended!!
Would recommend very good value for money
The salon staff were very unprofessional I have never experienced such service in my life. First of all the salon was very dirty and dusty, when clients were coming in i was left with my hair wet and left on the chair for over a hour with bleach on it which lead to the colour coming out blonde nothing like what I wanted, secondly I was told I would need a toner on my hair which I was.chArged for although it was the fault of the staff named Lauren for my hair going too bright. My hair was tugged at and pulled whilst brushing I was extremely annoyed. Once the toner came of and I left the salon my hair was still to bright and nothing like what I wanted!
