First time having a cupping therapy treatment. I was a little nervous but Nana talked me through the whole process, along with the benefits and any possible side affects which helped relax me more. The treatment was amazing. My muscles felt relaxed afterwards. The service I received too was great. Would definitely recommend and I will be incorporating it into my 3/6monthly self care regimen.
