The massage was really bad unfortunately, I’ve had plenty of reflexology massages and thought I would try this spa. The lady who did the massage didn’t really know what she was doing, kept trying to talk to me (not about how I’d like my massage but more like chit chat) I couldn’t relax and I feel I wasted £70 on something that could’ve been so relaxing and so nice. Would not recommend reflexology here at all
