I’m not usually picky, but when I get my eyebrows done, I at least expect to leave without a burn. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Now I’m at work with a bright red burn under my eyebrow, and people are asking if I got punched.
A gentle reminder: the face is extremely sensitive, and extra care should be taken when using wax on clients. This was disappointing and completely avoidable.

The therapist didn’t listen to my instructions regarding my eyebrows, I very specifically told her to just tidy and not to make them thin, this was not followed. When she showed them to me and I said “oh god they’re too thin” she laughed. Luckily they’re just eyebrows and will grow back eventually, but not much that can be done immediately when they already been threaded away…
