Brazilian Waxing
This was my first time booking on Treatwell, and for visiting Zoraza. The salon itself was nice and clean.
The eyebrow wax was good - the beautician was really professional and I was pleased with the result.
However, I was so disappointed with my haircut. The hairdresser (different lady to the one that waxed my eyebrows) cut it so much shorter than I asked. I went in with long hair and wanted a good trim, indicating with my hand the length I wanted it to be. But it was cut to a few cm above my shoulders, and is longer at the back than at the front. I told the hairdresser that my hair is wavy, so obviously it will spring up a bit when it dries and I don't think she took this into account. I can't even tie it up now without using clips. It will take months to grow back to the length I want. I am really unhappy with how it looks, and won't be using the salon again, unfortunately.

This place is a gem, they do things properly with good products, staff is friendly and polite. Just a warm atmosphere!
