It was the least painful wax I've had to date and she was very thorough and dealt with a few stubborn hairs with tweezers.

The Woman tending the front desk gave my facial. It was wonderful, my skin was glowing afterwards. However in previous reviews it had said that a head massage and neck massage was offered well the mask was applied, I did not receive this, instead she left me in the room to go tend the desk then return to sometime after when she remove the mask and put some facial moisturizer on my face massaging the pressure points for no more than five seconds for the whole face. Next time I hope to get jolanta Who has given much more attention to detail in the past. I feel bad writing this because the lady giving the facial was sweet
