Booked for a regrowth colouring and blowdry. When I arrived the lady looked lost as if she didn't know I was coming and had no clue why. After explaining very clearly what I wanted to a technician who barely spoke English, the colour she chose for regrowth came out 2 shades lighter than the rest. Quite pissed off and just wanting to leave, I asked for a simple straight blow dry, which was done in a hurry and without straightener. It only lasted 30 seconds after I left and my hair were fizzy and horrible. Never again. Will have to book somewhere else to fix this mess now. Cheap and nasty.
Hair Colouring
I was very pleased with the experience. The stylist Silvia listened to my wishes on the way I wanted my hair cut and gave me some useful tips as well. She was very kind and I was happy with my hair when I came out of the salon. I am definitely going back there soon. Thank you Silvia!!

Even at full price I would feel very satisfied with these treatments as a lovely splurge. At the discounted rate it is an extremely generous offer! So much so I bought a second deal for a friend. I felt thoroughly pampered and the staff were beyond lovely. The surroundings are modest and cosy, but totally fine for the treatments provided (downstairs, under the main hair salon). My skin felt great afterwards and as the therapist was careful to avoid the small patches of eczema I pointed out I did not have any bad reaction. I will definitely visit again!

Great shellac manicure, delighted with the end result! The salon itself could do with a spruce up, but the staff friendly and great value for money.
