Fantastic! I love this place and the staff are lovely, the facial was great and service brilliant. Will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend :D
Classic Facials
The staff were very polite and professional however I wasn't asked any questions by the beauty therapist as to any concerns and problem areas. The massage itself was very good, maybe a bit too hard for my liking (again, I was not asked what pressure I would like) but no pain, no gain!
Swedish Massage
The hairdresser understood my instructions and carried them out as requested. However, her English was very poor, and there were moments where I was concerned she won't understand. In addition, the hair wash felt rather inexperienced, the towel on my shoulders became very wet, and her wrist band hit my face a couple of times. During cut and blow dry all was fine. I'm not overly happy with my haircut, but then I never like my hair right after getting a cut. Probably it's my instructions, not the hairdressers fault.
Ladies' Haircuts
Really good service here. Very thorough, painless and neat manicure. Consideration of the condition of my nails. I will definitely go back and would recommend it.
Gel Nails Manicure
I had a simple wash, cut and blow-dry and was very pleased with the results. The hairdresser (forgotten his name, he was tall, brown hair) was kind, helpful and cut my hair exactly how I had asked for. Good value for money, highly recommended!
