Two different elements to an experience, customer service - non existent - no one took coat, no drink offered etc and haircut: I expect two things, to feel confident my hairdresser knows what I want (which did not happen due to poor English) and to feel confident they can in fact do what I ask (which I felt throughout they were not 100% sure of themselves) so overall not great but for £20 its good value and clean bright salon. Saying that I will spend more elsewhere next time.

This place is ridiculous. Stephan who was to cut my hair didn't even say hello or introduce himself before washing my hair. When washed he sat me down and proceeded to pin my hair up ready before even asking what i wanted doing. I showed him a picture and made it clear and although he didn't seem sure he said yes and began. He didn't install me with any confidence or take pride in what he was doing, he also regularly asked someone else to translate my questions. Half way through I asked him to stop and just left with it half done. Very unprofessional and horrible experience!

Stefan was very thorough with my haircut and I am very pleased with it. The appointment started right on time, I got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended!

I didn't have to explain myself too much to Stefan, he cut my hair in exactly the way I had in mind. I was really happy with the result and I thought excellent for the price. I was also done pretty quickly so I would reccomend this salon if you're in a hurry or on your lunch break. The salon were very accomodating and managed to squeeze me in for an eyebrow shape and tint which was also faultless.

Lovely staff, great price and fantastic quality! What more could you want?! You even get a mini hand massage at the end!
