I had a great experience here - I called earlier in the day to see if I could go in earlier than my booked appointment and they were very helpful.
The lady doing the wax was lovely, and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She did a great job, and was good at chatting away and distracting me! I will definitely be going back. The room was very clean, and they used good hot wax, so as painless as these things can be.
Very good experience.
Brazilian Waxing
I booked a haircut, shellac manicure and pedicure. Firstly they said they could not give me the haircut as the hairdresser had to leave 7 on the dot. When I said I was going on holiday they didn't care and all three therapists were rude and arguing with me why they could not give me all three treatments. I then had to stop them and say can you at least do they manicure and pedicure. The therapist did not even wash my feet and just put the shellac straight onto. This is not a pedicure. I had to try and find a place to get a pedicure on holiday. She then forgot to apply a top coat of shellac to my hands, luckily I knew the steps do asked her to do this. Avoid if you have high standards of service!

The facial was lovely and relaxing at first, until the extraction started. It was incredibly painful! I've had it done before and it was not nearly this painful. A metal tool was used which was not ideal, and at the end, no aftercare advice was given. I left with a blotchy bumpy forehead, and 5 days on, my forehead looks like it will have some very long lasting scars :( not happy at all. I think I'll pay a bit more and go to a clarins spa next time.

Brazilian Waxing
I had very long hair damaged from a silly relaxing mask. I don't like going to the hairdresser, I'm never satisfied, but Silvia understood my problem and gave me a gorgeous haircut and also a superb blow dry. Also for the quality of the service you pay a very low price. Fantastic! I will go back in a few months to take care of my hair. I think she is perfect if you have long hair and you don't want to come out with middle length as usually happens, cause she will ask you and show you how much she will cut.
