Nice and clean venue in a good location. Went for an extended bikini wax as my usual place was fully booked. Beautician was efficient and very quick although waxing was somewhat painful. My main issue is that I had requested waxing AROUND a certain delicate area and not immediately close to it as was quite sensitive. Despite saying she understood several times the beautician waxed directly ONTO the area saying it would be cleaner. The area is now quite sore. Won't be coming back unfortunately.
