So i wasted my time going to this 'salon' to get highlights and a cut. I have dark hair which only the ends have black dye left in them, my hair is long and i had highlights around 2-3weeks ago with no problems. When i went into this salon i could tell there was a vibe straight away, stefan and the two girls then began talking in Czech thinking i wouldn't understand because i am mixed race but unfortunately for them i do and were saying how he wasn't going to do it on my hair for the price, which i found rude anyway talking in czech when you 'think' someone cannot understand.
Stefan then proceeded to tell me how my hair would go ginger cause its black and blah blah basically talking crap. I have firstly studied hairdressing at college, secondly i had highlights around 2-3 weeks ago when my hair was fully black and it did not go ginger, the bleach took fine so why would it now. He just did not want to do my hair and this is how you know it isn't just about the highlights because he did not even offer to cut my hair which is what i paid for as well.
I am mixed race but i have European hair, no other hairdresser has had problems doing my hair or refused to do it and i have never been in a salon and treated so rudely and ignorantly maybe, next time just use a sign who you want in your salon like they did in the 50's.
I had my hair cut by Stefan and he did an excellent job.
I will be going back for my next haircut.

Slight misunderstanding with the service I'd booked but the staff smoothed this over brilliantly and were really friendly.
Massage was great, ambient room although a little cluttered. Felt v relaxed after, thanks!
