Staff spent an hour taking care of me, they used a number of products and were very much interested in giving me a great experience. Beauty rooms are clean and look very professionals. My skin really improved after the treatment and I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

I had a blow dry here because it was conveniently located. Salon looks old and staff is not very friendly.
I have been visited numerous times and highly recommend Zoraza. The treatnent was great and the massage really focussed on stress points. Ambience was relaxing, staff are friendly and was great value for money.

I booked in for a simple (or so I thought) wavy blow dry. I have naturally slightly wavy, long hair and all seemed fine with the salon - pretty standard, none notable. I was seen to immediately which I appreciated and the blow dry began well as the back of my head was done to a normal standard however the front was exceptionally poor - tangled and not curled. When I said this to her, she said she couldn't brush it out until an hour later once it had set. I had had my hair specifically blow dried for a wedding so obviously not ideal to show up looking like I had had an electric shock. I still can't quite believe any professional hair dresser would be happy to let a customer leave like that. As I had booked on Wahanda I had prepaid so I just left it and went home and had to pin my hair back. All in all a very disappointing experience, in my 20 years of blow dries it is most definitely the worst.
