It’s the second time I’ve been to this particular hairdressers. The first time I came away with one of the best haircuts I’ve had - the stylist listened to what I wanted and took her time and was really impressed. However going back for the second time I felt that the experience was rushed and rather careless which was disappointing - as I was really looking forward to the return visit.
