Frustrating experience. Didn’t walk away with the haircut that I wanted. Challenging conversation at the start to fully understand what Tony meant, but was told that he had close to 40 years experience so to trust him. Hair ended up being shorter than what I wanted, he took a long time working in the shape that he wanted to set - felt as if I was getting a standard haircut that he would give most people rather than one that I wanted.
