I was SO nervous for this appointment as I can struggle with change. But on arriving he greeted me by name once I advised who my appointment was with. That simple thing meant so much. He listened to my concerns and desires and reassured me I was in safe hands.
And I was. I totally love the new style, and I've already booked for a colour treatment soon.
