I had to wait for 45 min until the booked procedure starts…. Management needs to find a solution for that as there are lots of walking that are prioritised. This is NOT the service a booked customer should expect

Brazilian Wax was horrible, the lady was probably in a hurry, did too big of strap, no technique. I asked her to do smaller pieces, she ignored me. I was very disappointed. Worse wax I ever done. Plus, when I booked, they said I could have come earlier if I wanted to and then ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes. Started after booking time appointment. The main room has a very strong smell of products , as there’s too many station doing manicure/pedicures.
